Your First Dental Visit
When you first arrive at our office, our front desk team will warmly greet you and help you feel welcome and comfortable. We always respect our patients’ time, so you can rest assured that you’ll never be left waiting in the reception area for more than five minutes, and you’ll always be seen on time. After our staff has checked you in, we’ll guide you to our imaging area to take X-rays and comprehensive photos of your mouth. This will allow us to track your oral health and make sure no issues arise at each of your routine checkups.
Shortly after the images are collected, Dr. Ruiz, Dr. Kim, or Dr. Cohen will come to meet with you, review your results, and discuss your goals and concerns. Based on your time with your dentist in Burbank, you’ll have an opportunity to sit down with our treatment coordinator to explain any recommended procedures, outline a personalized treatment plan, and provide you with a timeline so you know exactly what to expect. Finally, one of our skilled dental hygienists will complete a professional cleaning so you get to leave our office with a refreshed, healthier smile as well as a clear roadmap for your care.
