1 month ago, a 23-year-old patient received her Porcelain Veneers procedure at another dental practice . What she thought would be an exciting change, quickly turned into a traumatic experience. She didn't anticipate her teeth to be drilled so aggressively (Fig 2). Due to the excessive drilling, her temporary veneers and final veneers did not look at all like what she was hoping for (Fig 1).

After multiple unhappy visits to this practice, the patient left in search of someone that would listen to her. After researching for a recognized expert in cosmetic dentistry and veneers, she found Dr. Ruiz. 15 years ago a patient in her mid-40s started Porcelain Veneers with amazing enthusiasm and will, regrettably, what happened created a very unpleasing experience. She expected her natural teeth to not be drilled too much for veneers, what she saw after the drilling made her internally ill (Fig 2). What made the situation much worse was that her temporary veneers did not look anything close to what she was wanting (Fig 1).
