The Doctors

Dr. Jose-Luis Ruiz

Dr. Ruiz has been named as one of the "Top Clinicians in CE in 2006-2010" by Dentistry Today. He is the Director of the Los Angeles Institute of Esthetic Dentistry and was Course Director of the "University of Southern California Esthetic Dentistry Continuum" from 2004-2009. He is also an Associate Instructor at Dr. Gordon Christensen's PCC in Utah. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Ruiz is an educator and researcher, who has published several clinical and research papers on adhesive dentistry, esthetic dentistry and occlusion.

Dr. Ruiz has been practicing in the Studio District of Los Angeles for over 21 years, and enjoys a clientele of many stars and entertainers. His focus is on treating complex Cosmetic, Rehabilitation, and Implant cases. Dr. Ruiz has made numerous television appearances highlighting his Esthetic Dental makeovers, including NBC Channel 4 News, ABC’s Vista LA and Channel 52’s Telemundo. He lectures nationally and internationally.

Diagnosis is the most important step of any medical or dental procedure. With his vast knowledge and experience, Dr. Ruiz is in charge of all Initial and Comprehensive diagnosis. Additionally, he is available for second consults and as a consultant for his team.

PROCEDURES PERFORMED: All Complex Full Mouth Rehabilitation, Esthetic, Implants and Orthodontics procedures.

Dr. Maya Johar

Dr. Maya Johar is a graduate of the University Of Southern California School of Dentistry where she was elected to the prestigious OKU National Dental Honor Society. She is a skilled clinician with over 6 years of experience and well versed in restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, periodontics, oral surgery and endodontics. Dr. Johar strives to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all her patients and is committed to keeping abreast of the latest technology, trends and techniques in dentistry.

Dr. Adam Wrobel

Dr. Wrobel graduated from New York University and has been practicing as a clinician for just over 10 years. His passion for dentistry has led him to many advanced courses & education which encompass endodontics, oral surgery, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, and periodontics.

Dental Insurance

We will do all that we can to maximize your dental insurance benefits and minimize your out of pocket expenses.  We are premier providers for Delta Dental and preferred providers for CIGNA and we accept all major insurance companies.

As a service to you we file insurance claims for you, which are submitted promptly after treatment is rendered and we make every effort to receive payment on your behalf. 

However if your insurance company has not paid your account in full within 60 days, the balance of the account will be your responsibility. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company; we are not a party to that contract.  Please be aware that some, and perhaps all of the services provided may be non-covered services.  We will continue to assist you in any way that we can to receive payment and we are always available to answer your questions.

Other Financing Options

For those services not covered by insurance we offer a 7% advanced pay discount, we accept all Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and we offer 12 months interest free financing with our finance partner CareCredit.
